The end result of the Hotel was well worth it for the diligence and rigger of the designer. Meeting the objective of keeping the initial concept within the budget was challenging, but from our perspective fully achieved. We were always up to the challenge in the unexpected technical responses that came up and the truth is that the Dune and Iris/FMG solutions were always unquestionable.
